Netherne on the hill - As the lead developer in this major project at netherne, Surrey, Gleeson Strategic Land played a key role in delivering more than 500 homes – fully satisfying the varied needs of homebuyers in the area and successfully meeting the local authority’s design and development criteria.

Fountainhead Brewary - The site of the former Fountainhead Brewery in Halifax, West Yorkshire was acquired by Gleeson with a view to building a balanced mix of housetypes including terraced, mews/semi-detached properties, apartments and 2/3 storey townhouses.

Forges Field - Gleeson Strategic Land successfully promoted this sensitive greenfield site of 4.2 hectares through the local planning process, achieving an allocation for a minimum of 75 units within the adopted local plan.

Swindon - Having gained control of 40 hectares of land to the east of the A419, south of the A420 at Swindon, Gleeson Strategic Land promoted the site via the Swindon Borough Local Plan and initially secured an allocation for employment uses.
