Meet the Team:-

 
  Scott Chamberlin   Scott Chamberlin - Managing Director
Scott has been with Gleeson for 14 years, and heads up the Gleeson Strategic Land operation. Scott has big plans for the department, concentrating on building the business and raising the companies profile within the industry.		  
         
  Ruth Hopkins   Ruth Hopkins - Strategic Land Director
Ruth’s role involves buying (by way of promotional agreements, options, lock out agreements, etc) and selling strategic opportunities. She is also involved in promoting sites through the LDF process and gaining satisfactory planning consent.		  
         
    Steve Hunt - Strategic Land Manager (Northern)
Steve's role echoes that of Ruth’s, by identifying, buying and selling strategic land opportunities in the Northern and Midlands region. He is also responsible for the successful promotion of sites currently within the portfolio and all new opportunities within his region.		  
         
  Matthew Richardson   Matt Richardson - Strategic Land Manager
Matt is a Strategic Land Manager, having previously worked in both local government and a private planning consultancy. Matt carries out the initial research into development sites as well as providing a planning overview of development projects.		  
         
  Sophia Thorpe   Sophia Thorpe - Strategic Planner
Sophia brings experience of working within a private sector planning consultancy to the team, she now provides planning support to all members of the Strategic Land team to take new and existing sites forward. Sophia has a degree in Law and MSc in Spatial Planning, she is currently working towards becoming a Chartered town planner. 		 
         
  Valerie Blake   Valerie Blake - Secretary
Valerie provides Gleeson Strategic Land with much valued administrative and secretarial support.
